We love seeing that kind of perspective in our associates, especially those on our fundraising team. Her past experience with the American Lung Association will greatly benefit our fundraising efforts in many aspects and across many different accounts.”

Gabriel Group Adds Amber Moore to Fundraising Team as Account Manager

Gabriel Group is proud to welcome Amber Moore as an Account Manager to its Fundraising Department.

Amber comes to Gabriel Group with a combination of ten years nonprofit experience along with eight years experience in the marketing industry. Amber previously held the position of Foundation Assistant at Pi Beta Phi Foundation where she was responsible for serving as the first contact to donors as well as managing database processes. Her passion for and experience in the nonprofit world translates perfectly as she transitions into account management at Gabriel Group where she will be working with Greek clients on a daily basis.

Prior to her tenure at Pi Beta Phi Foundation, Amber gained marketing experience while at Chalice Press, serving as the Marketing and Client Services Manager for over five years. There, she received the opportunity to create and implement strategies and various marketing campaigns for published books in addition to assisting authors with their own marketing and event needs.

CEO Dave Hawkins says, “Adding Amber to our fundraising team is very exciting. We’re continuing to grow and find success which allows us to recruit and hire terrifically qualified associates like Amber. This is great for us, but even better for our clients. Her knowledge of the nonprofit industry and time spent with Pi Beta Phi is invaluable as we look to continue to grow our fundraising reach in the Greek market.”

Amber graduated cum laude from the University of North Alabama in 2006 where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations. When she’s not in the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Isaiah, as well as reading, watching movies and trying out new recipes.
