Hi, I am Chapell … I have been in the direct marketing industry for nearly 40 years. I have worked on all types of projects in the industry, but my area of expertise is in financial services applications for time sensitive, mission critical communications. We utilize intelligent inserting equipment and control logic information to quality control mail through our production processes.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy traveling, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
My first job was with the University of Missouri in the administrative services area. I went on to work at a financial institution where I learned to operate IBM word processing equipment and high volume laser printers, which ultimately lead to a direct marketing position at Washington University. I moved on to work at other direct marketing companies and have specialized more in statement-type mailings for the past 25 years.
As a child, I wanted to grow up to be a dancer. For many years as a hobby, I taught country dancing and swing dancing for a local community college. It was great exercise and a fun way to meet lots of fun people.
