Hi, I am Crystal … I graduated from McKendree University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing. I was new to the direct mail world when I came to Gabriel Group; but believe me, I have learned a lot in my many years here. Working with nonprofit organizations has been a dream come true for me. I love giving back, so getting paid to help groups raise money to do more good work is awesome!
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have two daughters, Adley and Norah, who are both very special to me. Adley is a great big sister – she is such a sweet and happy girl. I could spend every minute just watching her laugh. Norah has also stolen our hearts and manages to win everyone over with her cheesy smile. My husband Zach and I are excited to be raising two girls, even though we know it will be expensive … think of the makeup, clothes and weddings! But there’s nothing better than having a sister so we’re thankful for our girls.
My first job was as a waitress. I think that is where I learned how important customers are, and I use the same skills I learned then even now (many, many years later!).
As a child, I wanted to grow up to be a teacher. Lucky for me, my current role as Director of Account Management allows me to do that every day! I enjoy helping people learn new skills and improve upon those that they already have.
