Many of our clients, such as The Salvation Army and USA for UNHCR, are nonprofit organizations. As a company, we strive to give back. Associates are encouraged to participate in our Pay-It-Forward efforts year round. From making a donation to dress down on Wednesdays to participating in monthly raffle basket drawings, to throwing pies in our Executive and Sales team members’ faces, associates raise money to make a significant donation to a worthy cause each year in honor of our clients.
We also have a wellness program to help inform and enable our associates to lead a healthier lifestyle. We encourage associates to make better choices by providing healthy company-sponsored lunches, incentivized wellness games, on-site exercise classes and more.
We truly appreciate all our associates do, so every six years we award each associate “Angel Leave”—a paid four-week sabbatical. This program allows our associates a chance to recharge and even potentially realize a dream that they may not have been able to pursue while working a traditional Monday-through-Friday job.
